Meditation (and,of course, coaching, ;) are the "keys" for "freedom".

Yes, meditation to quiet the mind and someone who can see clearly outside of you showing you your conditioned habitual patterns when you can't see them at all.

Also, the mind creates fear and then we are locked into the mind - or held hostage by it through fear.
